Requires -emulatestereo on start. AMD upscaling breaks stereo when turned on and off. Doesn't like changing Res scale mid game, some issues with shaders and shadows when using AMD upscaling. Turned off, with medium settings/epic draw distance + textures seemed the best. Could get up to around just under 3k per eye for nice detail.
