Here's an easy way to add Screen Shake in godot 4 - hopefully you learn a little bit about Signals & Tweens in godot as-well.

Today I added screen shake to my game in godot, i'm making a game about ducks, full devlog coming in a couple of days still finishing editing it. My weekend as a hobbyist game developer
Steps:
1 - Create & Connect a global Signal
(Create in Global file & Connect in Camera File)
2 - Emit the global Signal
(Whenever you want to shake the screen)
3 - Catch the Signal & Shake the Screen
(all in the Camera file)
I used 'walk_screen_shake' as the signal name, you can use whatever signal name you want
And you can add multiple signals with different names for different intesities
