Game Description:
A level-based maze puzzler that forces you to use your memory. In a classic love story to retrieve his lover from the afterlife, Rynth, must escape from the Tartarus Labyrinth in which he has been cast.
This game is based off a combination of greek myths, Orpheus and Theseus. Rynth the Cunning, the main character, is the smartest man in modern day Greece. However, his brilliance cannot save his poor wife Chloe from getting bitten by a poisonous snake. Lovesick, Rynth follows his dear beloved to the Underworld where he confronts Hades. Hades finds this man’s ambition amusing and decides to play a trick. He would permit Rynth to leave with his wife on one condition. They must find their way out from Tartarus Labyrinth. The ghost of his wife will be his guide and companion.
Tartarus is a deep abyss in greek mythology used as a dungeon of torment and suffering for the wicked. So, the Tartarus Labyrinth isn’t meant for escape. It is meant to drive people insane and forever trap them within it’s maze. But Rynth is smart and cunning, he’ll find the way out.
Tartarus Labyrinth is a maze where you can only see the ground within an immediate radius around you. It forces you to check every path and remember where you’ve been and how you’ve got there. As you get further in to Tartarus, more complex obstacles will stand in your way. Complete all the levels and save your beloved!
