Baragon was originally supposed to be an exclusive character for the PS2 version of Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee. A few references and files remain for him in the data of the Xbox version of the game (as far as I know, there is absolutely nothing on him in the Gamecube version) but the actual files for the playable character do not.

Oh, by the way, if anyone knows of a program that can extract MusyX audio from Xbox games, please do let me know! The Wii/Gamecube scripts do not work with Xbox audio, as one would expect.
