Going over the few hellclock issues and how to possibly resolve them to keep the game balanced

i do go on a tangent of mind blankness so TLDR
either gut conviction dmg scaling or hard cap it to where its fair between it marks and melee overall
DELETE EVASIVE PROTECTED REGEN AURA AND DEFENSIVE AURA FFS :P
-reduce act 3 hp scaling on everything by 50% across the board
remove act restrictions on skills so that future skills can be added without issue and just have them be wheel based per set that are added in to use the same UI
-let you have utility only abilities that DO NOT waste upgrade blessing choices, have it toggleable or something
make pets not completely useless, their scaling, ai, and everything is just trash across the board
-focus more on overall scaling tuning instead of short term baby pampering mechanics cause the difficulty of the game is nowhere near the issue
-for the love of all that is holy stop making act 3 brick my framerate after x amount of dmg/mechanical scaling lol
