Golden Axe: How far can I get on one credit
16Golden Axe is a scrolling beat'em up from Sega which hit the arcades in 1989. It was a massive hit, with 3 characters to choose from to free the fantasy land of Yuria from Death Adder. Each hero has a different weapon and you can also knock your enemies off of beasts and use them yourself as another weapon. This is a fantastic game with amazing graphics and sound. The only thing that lets it down for me is the lack of a proper score (you do receive a score at the end but it doesn't really make a lot of sense to me) and there is also no high score table so the only real challenge is to see how far you can get.
