Goodbye Nvidia! The End is Nigh PC Gamers...
622We all know that Nvidia is holding out on us when it comes to the full AD102 GPU. Their top card, RTX 4090 is a cut-down sku. If Nvidia wanted to they could released a more powerful GPU at this moment but from their perspective they’ve got no motivation to do so. It’s not just due to the stagnation of the PC gaming market but Nvidia’s priority right now is their server and AI side of the business. When you have large giants such as Bytedance placing an order of AI gpus worth $1 Billion alone, then that should tell you how insane the demand is for these AI GPUs. Furthermore, they expect the demand to increase and orders to pile up due to the ban the US placed on China from having access to Nvidia’s AI gpus, deadline for January 2024. Nvidia said screw it, here are some overpriced gaming GPUs, we don’t care about gamers crying about their $300 GPUs, we’re more interested in moving a volume of $35000 GPUs.
