20Google I/O 2022 will start this Wednesday (11) and the organizers decided to launch an online game to promote the event and its technologies. The annual developer conference this year introduced a browser game called I/O Pinball.

If you’ve played pinball before, then there’s not much to explain. You must hit the ball with the flippers to hit targets and interact with bumpers to add points. Each location in the scenario produces a different action and can result in multiplied points, extra balls or bonuses.
Throw your ball in the right places to score
You can choose from four characters:
Dash: the white and blue bird;
Sparky: the juggler flame of fire;
Android: the green robot symbol of the mobile system;
Dino: the protagonist of the game T-Rex, from Chrome;
Your choice will influence the ball, the arcade’s carpet and the neon color of nearby machines. In terms of gameplay, it doesn’t matter which character you select, as the mechanics don’t change.
The game has a soundtrack with 8-Bits sounds and a neat look to please the nostalgic. Only those who lost hours of the day with the game Space Cadet on Windows know how fun the pinball genre can be.
