In this video, I have made a very simple system for gore in Minecraft with NO MODS and only Commands!
This system is very simple, expandable and flexible to suit your needs. Of course this is just a proof of concept so it's little rough around the edges (mainly the redstone dropping on the floor) but if you ever need a system for blood and gore in Minecraft, this video is for you!
