2One of the bosses in the Hidden Workshop has a 100% deathgaze (you will die unless you have 100% health), so how do we get around this without using glyphs? The Midas Mantle seems to work, but costs 80 gold to activate. Thankfully there's another item you can get in a subdungeon which makes you immune to death-gaze, the gorgward!
You can find it in a random subdungeon in the "Central" Region, which I guess is Den of Danger and Venture Cave. Use a Tinker to find subdungeons quick and even break through walls to get to them as you won't get this on your first try, likely.
Another option, I guess, would be just to go as a Gorgon (immunity to deathgaze) but there are reasons to use an item instead.
