This video shows two borgs obtained with the following Action Replay codes:

Code 1:

T6M3-JVD7-6PQJV
MVAA-KDQF-D58MM

Code 2:

R61X-NWM4-AZNGE
K24R-Y1UK-UP4FB

The first borg is called 0905. It appears to be an Angel Nurse in the box, but when you check its stat screen, it looks like an impaled Bug Witch. It has 10 HP and costs 350 GF; a normal Bug Witch has 150 HP and costs 300 GF.

The second borg is called 0C03. It appears to be a Normal Tank in the box. On the stat screen, it still looks like a Normal Tank, but it has no treads and its cannon points straight ahead instead of up. Also, it looks bigger than Normal Tank. Here's a picture of Normal Tank for comparison:

0C03 has 350 HP and costs 400 GF; a regular Normal Tank has 300 HP and costs 450 GF. The bio pages for these two borgs have a bunch of periods and nothing else. Attempting to access the move list pages will freeze the game.

After showing the stat screens, I show the two borgs in battle. 0905's attacks don't work; she just makes a motion and nothing happens. However, 0C03 appears to work just the same as Normal Tank. The only difference I noticed is that his B shot has 50 ammo instead of 20. With more HP and ammo at a lower cost, 0C03 is perhaps an early version of Normal Tank that the designers decided was too powerful.

EDIT: Thanks to Death Eye for pointing out that 0905's melee attacks actually do work.
