The Max Level in Gotham knights is 30, if you just stick to one playthrough. And Unfortunately, you won’t be able to acquire all the abilities in that single run. You could reach level 40 in New game plus after completing the Game once but that level cap does not make sense to me. It feels like a cheap way to make you play the game all over again, which sucks. And even then, you won’t be able to get all the abilities…
