Addressing the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (Urban Programme) via video conferencing, PM Modi reiterated the government's commitment to social security for urban dwellers. He elaborated on the expanding security net for the people in the urban areas. "Atal Pension Scheme has 6 crore subscribers ensuring 5 thousand rupees monthly pension after the age of 60. PM Suraksha Bima Yojana and Jeevan Jyoti Yojana are providing life cover up to 2 lakh rupees," the PM said.
