GPUs are Already BELOW MSRP
Nvidia and AMD GPUs have seen a giant increase in stock / availability and at the same time a sharp decrease in their price thanks to increasing supply and decreasing interest in mining as well as the idea of new RTX 40 GPUs hitting the market in late 2022. In fact GPU prices have dropped so quickly this month that some AMD RX 6500 XT GPUs can already be found below their MSRP in Germany and close to MSRP in the U.S.
Next I expect we will see GPUs like the RX 6600 and RX 6700 XT fall below their MSRPs which eventually be followed by Nvidia GPUs like the RTX 3070 Ti, 3070, and RTX 3080 last.
