These cookies can be whipped in a jiffy using a cake mix and graham wafer crumbs. They have a delicious flavour and you can change up the add-in ingredients (like raising, nuts etc.)

I yellow or golden cake mix
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup butter melted
2 large eggs
1 cup chocolate chips

Stir dry ingredients together and then add in the butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in chocolate chips. Place small scoops on a greased or mat covered cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for about 12-14 minutes until bottoms are light brown and tops are set.
