Hello everyone, I thought it was about time I create this video. Over 2 years ago, I uploaded my thoughts on the best starter cars for GT2. Now, to mention what I think are the best starting choices for Gran Turismo 4. It's once again not a Top whatever list since I'm not good at picking favorites. Though, I would have to say the best choice in this video is either the Nismo 270R or Mercury Cougar XR-7.

Notes:
- I once again am NOT including gold prize cars since not every player is going to be able to achieve those times so easily.
- Adding to that point, getting gold requires a lot of tries and honestly based on the prize cars; they're not worth it in my opinion. Especially since just getting the license tests in GT4 are tedious enough as it is due to how many tests PD lumped into each one.
- Yes, I used gameshark codes for the credits in this video to save myself from having to save myself time from doing races to buy them. Plus, I only have so many days to get the first week cars and PD made buying cars count as a day used in this game.
- So, some cars are different colors in gameplay from in the showroom footage due to the fact I wasn't able to buy every car
from the first week.
- Yes, I have a Gameshark money cheat activated, but it's there to save me from having to grind money to buy more cars or resetting my GT4 gamesave to try different cars.

Songs Used:
Isamu Ohira - Gran Turismo 4 Race Track Menu Theme
Daiki Kasho - What to Believe (GT4 Prologue Ver.)
The BAD - Green Monster
Daiki Kasho - Good Days, Bad Days

Honorable Mentions (EDIT 12/8/2020):
- 1997 Toyota MR-2 GT-S, apparently if you spend time doing the License Tests right away, time will pass enough where a GT-S version of the MR-2 will appear in UCD Showroom II. It will cost less than 10k too, which is amazing.
- 1995 Honda Integra Type R (DC2), similar thing to the MR-2, it appears in a revised dealership if you start on the license tests before buying a car.
- 2000 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo. VI RS T.M.E. - Also in the refreshed dealership after you spend time on the license tests. Note: It's 12,990 cr; so you would have to sell the VW Lupo 1.4.
- 2003 Mazda Kusabi Concept - People keep telling me that this is actually good starter car and it shouldn't be overlooked. So, I'll just leave this here.
- 1997 Mitsubishi FTO GP Verison R - For 10,800cr, you'll definitely need to sell the Lupo to get this, but it should be worth doing.
- 1991 Toyota Supra 2.5 TwinTurbo R - Selling the VW Lupo is also required, but you can get this car for 11,458 cr in the UCD Showroom I when it gets refreshed.
- 1988 Mitsubishi Galant VR-4 - It can be bought for 9.7k in the historic showroom. Not a bad alternative to the Evo.
