Another offshoot of @TeaKanji 's RSC% run, this time, there's the limitation that you are not allowed to take advantage of GT3's data transfer feature, which means you are stuck with the 10,000 credits you start with, and you have to beat B License and A License in this game from scratch. This is a lot slower since Polyphony Digital had the bright idea of doubling the length of all the licenses, by having 16 tests per license instead of 8, and also peppering in One Lap Guide Runs of a handful of tracks in slow-as-shit cars. Original plan was to take advantage of the free Pontiac Sunfire and sell the Volkswagen Lupo for more potential credits for upgrades, but TeaKanji swooped into chat and steered me instead towards the Early 90s UCD where a nice quick GC Impreza was waiting for me that would've totally blown the Sunfire out of the water.
