This was my second time clearing Proud+; I wasn't able to fully record my initial clear because I had to leave for about half an hour just after I took Joya below 25% HP. I used my initial run to make a cheatsheet of HP triggers, which are as follows:

-Fried Shrimp-
1) ~66%, ~11k AoE attack and gains an Uplift buff
2) ~33%, multiple random single-target hits and max charge diamonds drop from 2 down to 1
3) ~15%, ~18k AoE attack

-Nude Ears Sova-
1) 50%, 1 massive single-target attack, dispels all party buffs
2) 25%, ~10k AoE attack and gains two buffs

-Joya-
1) 75%, multiple random single-target hits and gains two buffs
2) 50%, ~11k AoE attack and gains a TA buff
3) 25%, massive amount of random single-target attacks that are quite damaging per hit (~2k)

Multiple random single-target hitting triggers can be 'cheesed' in a number of ways, such as Phalanx + Substitute, free Monika's skill 3, Andira's skill 2 targeting herself when she has Infinite Diversity, and Christmas Yaia's skill 1 when she is at full health. I think Monika (both her free and Grand versions) and Andira are easily two of the best characters in this Proud+.

The AoE triggers on the other hand... well, they can generally be facetanked and healed back from afterward except for Fried Shrimp's 15% trigger (at least for magna wind). It's safer to bring a damage cut which is why I picked the Spartan class, but it can also be covered by summons (Godsworn Alexiel, Athena, Gilgamesh, earth carbuncle, etc.).

Some other random thoughts:
- The defense feels very high in Proud+, so high that magna wind has trouble reaching damage cap in it. This is where having a Zephyrus or Unius grid would really shine.
- It was a mistake to bring Gawain in team 2 because his only purpose was to Phalanx the 25% HP trigger and nothing else. His C.A. damage was awful and he didn't offer much utility or support. I should've replaced him with Summer Jeanne d'Arc or Selfira or something and put an earth carbuncle into the summon pool instead. For that matter, I lucked out hard on Sova's 50% HP trigger (in my initial clear, Monika dodged it so I wasn't aware of how hard it hit).
- Maybe it would've been better to balance out teams 1 and 2 instead of front-loading team 1 with both Nio and Andira.
- Feels nice to bring out Kokkoro again. She's still a very good buffer who is close to Korwa's level despite being a free SSR.
- Funny that I had Lecia in the side image even though I didn't use her here (she was in my initial clear).
