Now that I knew what to expect, it occurred to me that Mishra could essentially counter Anima-Animus Core after she granted her S1 and S2 buffs to the entire party because then all allies would be immune to the mask debuff mechanic. Once the whole team was safe, then Ilsa could switch from using S1's dark DMG mitigation to S2's bonus light DMG to finish off Anima-Animus Core faster.

I also switched my light grid from swords to guaranteed crit since I knew there weren't any particularly damaging special attacks nor triggers, so I didn't need all that much HP.

Things went as planned and my second run was a big improvement over the first. It's still a bit slow, but I don't think there's much I can do about that until I get better characters.
