I've finally started to upgrade my sigils after completing the build I was aiming for so I don't think the damage can get much higher than this unless I'm missing something rotation wise.

Some notes, you cancel Phantasmagoria at the start instead of pain training in immediately because you want pain train to get as many hits as possible which is variable if you do it from further away and it doesn't really save you time, also don't cancel pain train or else you risk a massive dps loss.

With max tyranny and stamina you cap your autos with crits but will not cap without crit so it looks like going for 100% crit is the play, this can be achieved with a 10 crit rate wrightstone, 20% from overmastery, one crit 5 sigil, and the terminus weapon. This alone will not cap your skills though if you have a high skill cap over mastery so this is where skilled assault comes in. Adding skilled assault on top of your 100% crit, tyranny and stamina will cap your skills, also testing with my wrightstone it does not appear only 6 skilled assault and probably 7 if maxed is not enough to cap your skills either so you need specifically a sigil to do it.

As a follow up to that for the wrightstone vs non wrightstone in terms of skilled assault it seems that the sigil can cap your skills by itself so there doesn't seem to be a reason to take more skilled assault on your wrightstone in general so just aim for a 10 crit one with good utility on it whether that be damage cap if you get lucky or just an actual defensive skill. The damage difference here is negligible and can be chalked up to supplemental hits and slight damage variance

Lastly for quick charge vs skilled assault I will have another video for that in a bit but because skilled assault can actually cap your skills quick charge falls off a lot, your charged attacks are based off of your normal damage so their damage will go up a bit if you had 20% normal attack cap instead of my 16% but I have tested with 20% normal attack cap and it isn't as much of a gain for Cagliostro as skill damage so I still don't see quick charge winning out with the higher cap either. Also for this rotation and from in game play I haven't seen too much issue not having quick charge so the extra damage is probably just better
