old description:
an alternate dps method intended to mix spam summoning Ares to reduce cooldowns via Guardian's Honor while still dealing relatively high damage, primarily for fighting highly aggressive and/or mobile enemies like Gallanza/Maglielle. while this version where Combo Finisher is the focus of spamming via skill startup dodge cancel deals higher damage, it loses ~20% cooldown reduction from Guardian's Honor compared to spamming X Y (assuming full uptime, which is unlikely in practice), which i am able to make up for with Quick Cooldown lv45

first half is full Supplementary DMG without Link Attack extensions and second half replaces one Supp DMG sigil in favor of Linked Together/Steel Nerves and incorporates Link Attack extensions, resulting in greater offense, defense, and party utility. it's really a testament to both Linked Together and Steel Nerves being such a good traits that i feel like people sleep on (permanent Stout Heart+Steel Nerves is a constant 40.5% reduction to damage taken, increased to a whopping 70.25% with max Ares gauge)

for what it's worth, the second half's build did ~27.8-28.2m damage in a minute with normal Ares Pactstrike strings so it loses ~5.5m dpm for significantly greater survivability against training dummy, likely a lesser effective loss against an actual boss if we account for risking critical condition and hitstop



mostly unrelated, i think we should start calling skill startup dodge cancel combo finishers "Start-Up Cancel Combo Finishers" aka SUCC Finishers
