Alright, here's how this whole thing went down. I was looking around for GTA 5 mods, and I saw that the OpenIV team (thank you so much guys) had released a version that allowed file modification! I was really excited, so I started digging through the files. I actually found a file that lets you remove all and any traffic. I uploaded the mod, and I felt proud. My first ever mod! What else could I mod? Well, I couldn't find anything that would change the wheel friction like in the carmageddon mod for GTA 4, so I turned to the website hoping someone else could. And, they did! Then I wondered:
"What would this mod be like in first person, with the Oculus Rift?"
Well, here you go. THIS is what it's like.
