0More Joey missions coming up. Next,he's gonna ask Claude to steal an armored van from the police. It's immune to gun fire,so you're gonna have to ram it. You'll likely need a few cars to do enough damage to the van and scare off the guards. Once you've taken it,drive it to a garage near the docks to complete the mission. Be quick so cops don't pull you over and arrest you. Visit Joey again,and he'll ask you to drive around a guy named Toni next. Take him to the laundromat in town,then quickly make an escape when he runs out. Take him to his home in town afterwards to finish the mission,and now you can accept missions from Toni in the future. A new mission area pops up after this mission,a pay phone near your hideout. His name is El Burro of the Diablos gang,and he wants to test you out with a race. You're gonna need a fast car for this,so a Diablos or Cop car works pretty well here. The race is pretty tough,the other racers drive like mad men and will do anything to win. You'll have to pass through every ring to win too. What I did was park a truck in front of them and get a head start,making the mission a snap. I'm surprised that worked...lol.
