More of the Forest of Moore. The amount of random encounters you get in this place does start to get annoying after a while,so don't feel compelled to fight every last battle,especially when you fight those Imps repeatedly. There's a save point near a flower bed in the 3rd area though,so that's a good spot to rest up. As you approach the central area of area 3,the forest will be set on fire! Exdeath is trying to burn the whole forest down. Grab the chest nearby now for an Aegis Shield,or wait until a bit later for the Flame Shield.Eventually a Moogle will pop out of the ground and lead you to safety,where you'll wait until the fire stops. The forest is dead outside once you exit,making it easier to see and get around. You can find another chest with the Flametongue sword in it now too. Now find a large tree with 3 dead trees in front of it,and the Guardian Branch will open a path to and into the tree.
