Niko meets Francis at the Westminster Police Station. Francis tells him that a lawyer named Tom Goldberg has evidence for a case that goes against Francis. Since Goldberg has hired bodyguards and rides in limos, this "normal assault" would be impossible. With that, Francis wants Niko to kill Goldberg by applying a firm through an interview with him.
First, Niko heads to an internet cafe to find an ad for Tom Goldberg's lawyer firm. As Niko sends in his resume through, he will have the company's phone number. Now, he just needs to wait for a phone call by the company.
Soon, the law firm will call Niko to schedule an appointment. With that, Niko must get a suit and some shoes from Perseus. An hour or two before appointment time, Niko heads to Goldberg's workplace, as he presses the buzzer to get in the place.
Niko meets the receptionist, as she will call Goldberg to see if he is available. He follows the receptionist to Goldberg's office. In the office, Niko listens to Goldberg speaking and after done (when ready), Niko stands up. He pulls out a weapon and points at Goldberg, asking him for the files.
Niko takes the files and kills Goldberg. After that, he escapes the place and loses his wanted level. When all done, he heads to the Westminster Police Station to see Francis. Niko hands him the files, informing him that Goldberg was silenced. In exchange, Francis gives Niko his payment.
