Here we have the Grand Theft Auto San Andreas (The Definitive Edition), Assassin guide which will help you Stealth kill all enemies in the mission "Madd Dogg's Rhymes".

This can be a tricky one to get as the controls and general feel of the game don't make stealth kills simple, combine that with some problematic animations and you could need a few runs for this one so make a manual save before going to speak to OG Loc after completing the Life's a Beach mission.

Use a knife in the first half then collect a silenced pistol ensuring you get headshots as anywhere else won't count as a stealth kill, even if you drop a guard in one shot.

Assassinate everyone without being detected including the barman then leave the mansion to unlock Assassin.
