1. Get an SUV 2. Go to downtown LS ( near rooftop rumble garage) 3. Jump onto bridge lining 4. Tap SQUARE ON PS4 B on Xbox while heading right on bridge lining 5. Pull open parachute hold L1 (LT) and R1 (RT) to slow descent, go toward the park in central LS ( as seen on the large map and mini map) 6.
