0Colonel Cortez has another mission for Tommy next. This time he's asking Tommy to protect Ricardo Diaz during a transaction. He's left you some protection at the nearby multistory car parking lot. As you go to grab it,that man in the white suit shows up again. Turns out his name is Lance,and he wants to accompany you for this mission. Drive over and take your position. You could stay up there,but I find it easier to be on ground level,and take out any enemies that pop up. After several groups of enemies are killed,a guy will drive off with the goods on a bike,so give chase! Take him out quickly,then bring the stuff back to Diaz to end the mission. Afterwards,Diaz should call you soon and express his interest in hiring you. Go visit his place on Starfish Island,and he'll ask you to find and follow a guy who's been stealing cash from him. As soon as you run into him,he ends up fleeing. Follow him across rooftops until he jumps,then follow after him in a vehicle. try to keep a healthy distance since he'll be shooting at you the whole way. Follow him back to his hideout to end the mission.
