0The next mission from Ricardo Diaz has a weird name,Phnom Penh 86. For this one,Diaz is ordering an assault on the thug that had recently stolen money from him. Lance will once again be accompanying you,this time as a helicopter pilot. This is a fun mission,you'll be using a gun with unlimited ammo to assault the thugs on Prawn Island. Wipe out all the enemies in each area,and Lance will be able to land and drop you off. Finish off any stragglers,then grab the cash,and the mission will end. Next,a new Avery Carrington mission becomes available,as well as the other island of Vice City opens. Go to meet Avery,and you'll see he has a friend,it's Donald Love from GTA3! Anyway,he says a Haitian ganglord was killed,and he wants Tommy to pose as a Cuban and cause some chaos to mess with real estate prices. Grab some duds from a clothes shop,then drive on over. You have a specific target here,so gun for him. I ended up dying here once,so had to try again. Once he's dead,get out of the area and the mission will be a success! After this mission,you'll eventually get a phone call from a man named Umberto Robina,a Cuban gang member. He may have work for you if you go to visit him now.
