If Randomize then two extra locks are forced on
Grandpa:
You can choose him with cane or with shotgun/off
His shotgun works like Granny 3
You can use it as a new weapon

She is moving like Granny 3
She is in all endings when you put Teddy in the crib
Randomize:New 5 presets
Sink puzzle from BMP is back
When it is from the 5 normal presets padlock code,teddy,battery,Book and Gasoline can change random locations
