By removing the first 20 bytes of the file, the Granny Viewer will actually accept both the Wii/PS3 and Xbox 360 models instead of throwing the failed CRC check error.

There doesn't seem to be any way of exporting the animations sadly, however, the Granny Exporter does actually support exporting the rigged model.
