Grappling Hook Speedrun - Level 1, Hard [41,87] VIDEO
Looks optimal to me. I did this as LLCoolDave's level 1 and level 21 were done on Normal so they needed to be done on hard. Didn't take too many attempts, but the 24s waiting period at the start gets very annoying. I run a bit instead of pure strafe jumping as you need to jump in a specific place to get the codes at the end so you can't just strafe jump all the way.
