Rectangle: The Base Rectangle for converting to Surface
T0: A number between 0 to 0.5
Height: Height of the openings
U: Number of U Curves
V: Number of V Curves
Outputs
Surface: Final Nurbs Surface
U Curves: Extracted U curves
V Curves: Extracted V curves
