Driftern cavern was already good back in LoD - it was a special place, off the beaten path, with some advantage for fire builds that is rather uncommon. It had a lot of Champion packs and being lvl 84 reduced your chances of finding Tyrael's Might and few other items. But now it has changed and it might be really great option to farm for the variety.
