Great for music production
I use this for live streaming on social media and getting my interface into my phone. Sure, you can use it for cameras too but really it's great for use with GarageBand and external instruments and MIDI controllers that connect via USB. I actually connect my field recorder to it via USB, put the field recorder in interface mode, then use the various inputs and outputs on the interface to record different external instruments. It's THE accessory you need for portable recording.
