On top of the To Do list is to look for the speakeasy's owner, Oliver Gluck. Head to the Refrigerator Factory. Upon arriving at the factory, there will be a gang up front. Either make a deal with them or beat them. If you make a deal with them, you'll receive the F. O. P. B. U. M. E. G. G. ring and unlock the Goldthwait Park.
Before entering the factory, head right and rummage through the items in this area. The toolbox at the edge of the building contains 11-in 1 oil, disposable ratchet and and awl. At the far right edge of the map, in the box in front is a refrigerator coil. You can also fish on the barrel of chemicals.
After looting the outside, head inside the factory. You can make some combat items on the work bench in front to help you in your fights. The toolbox on the right contains a disposable ratchet, sharpening stone, awl and anarchist's hardware.
Continue onwards then hide and watch. After the cutscene, approach them. You can either fight them or use the crane to avoid a fight. Once you're done dealing with the enemy, you'll obtain dangerous pocketwatch, bank pouch full of Meat(300 Meat) and deed to the Speakeasy.
