Head to the alley to the left of The Ocean City Watchful Eye. Knock on the door and choose Fiddlesticks for the password. Once inside, talk to the bartender. Keep talking to him and he'll give you the Ocean City napkin map as we ll as two unlocked locations. While you're at it, accept the free drink. Drinking the beer will give you the effect: Beer Buzz (+5 to Maximum HP). You'll be able to unlock more drinks as you explore.
After talking to Dan, head ot the very right of the bar. Open the first aid closet to obtain gauze pad (2) and activated charcoal briquette (3). You can check back on this in the future for more supplies.
Now you're free to wander Ocean City. You can either do the main story or do some side quests.
On top of the To Do list is to look for the speakeasy's owner, Oliver Gluck. Head to the Refrigerator Factory. Upon arriving at the factory, there will be a gang up front. Either make a deal with them or beat them. If you make a deal with them, you'll receive the F. O. P. B. U. M. E. G. G. ring and unlock the Goldthwait Park.
