Originally released in 1982 for VIC-20 and ported to Atari 8-bit a year later, Jeff Minter's Gridrunner is a frantic arcade blaster that absolutely, positively does not have anything beyond level 5.

Atari A to Z is a weekly series that gradually works its way through the Atari 8-bit's catalogue of games, one letter at a time. Once we get to Z, we go back to A and start all over again!
