I skip Normal difficulty with a mod (no DLC required) and play Elite with a Level 1 character starting without any armor, weapons, or devotion points. I'm playing as a Demolitionist/Arcanist.

I do level up and get gear, but starting at a low level restricts what I can use (most loot requires you to be level 25-40). Also, I have very few devotion points (only 3 at the end of Act 1) because they removed many shrines from Elite and Ultimate difficulty after adding the DLCs.
