I cover the entirety of the Steps of Torment & manage to snag some pretty nice items in the process.

Character build so far: After getting out of the Steps of Torment & hitting level 51, I drop Blitz for Discord & Iskandra's Elemental Exchange again. The primary reason why is because I have acquired a newer, stronger Spectral Bludgeon, along w/ several useful items that boost elemental damage. Though Blitz is gone, my overall AoE & single-target damage has actually boosted because of these items. Additionally, I have began the Obelisk of Menhir constellation, which will continue to increase my defense more & more as time goes on.
