The game runs pretty well. The tearing occurs only when I record.
However the game requires Windows Media Foundation which is difficult to prepare in Wine. You can get ready to play prefix here:

Just put the already installed game in the "prefix/drive_c/game/GRIS/" dir and start the game from the start script. For desktop shortcut start the desktop script.
