Not sure really what to put here this time so spoilers for my person thoughts on the game yo!

Maybe watch the video first then read.

--FINAL WARNING YO--

Okay, so I thought the game was a very nice experience but too linear for my tastes. Not saying linear games are bad, a lot of games that are classics are linear. My biggest issue was linearity without a chance to fail. I understand not wanting to pull peeps out of the story you're telling through the game, but if there's a big boy chasing me, let me fail and learn from my mistakes. It made the really cool monster encounters not as impactful as they could have been.

Another point I didn't like was, while the environment was stunning, there was, in actuality, very little other than the puzzles to interact with. Having little clever interactions with the powers I obtain is a huge draw for me and could've made the world feel much more alive.

The gameplay was great in the game, controls are responsive and I never felt cheated out of a jump. The powers are fun to use and the last one was hecka'; cool. Now the problem I had was, again, not enough to do with these powers. I would have loved some optional challenges with these cool powers, maybe at the hub place or hidden in previous areas.

The story is something I can't say anything bad about, but rather, I thought the story was extremely touching. It brought to mind a thought of me and my parents. I adore both of them and, with my dad in the hospital at the time of streaming this, the story really hit me by the ending. Overall I really liked the story and how it was told.

There you have it, my thoughts summarized as best I can impromptuishly. I may have sounded harsh on it, but, overall, I liked this game and I'm glad I played it.
