Phantom Brave is an isometric tactical RPG, much in the same vein as Disgaea, but with a fair number of new & neat features that set this NIS gem apart. Instead of a grid-based movement/attack system, characters are given free reign to move/jump wherever, and their moves aren't limited in much the same way. The story itself is surprisingly sad, but heartwarming all the same, and manages to make this my favorite NIS game on the market.

Phantom Brave: We Meet Again is the Wii re-release of the original Phantom Brave on the PS2.
