This trick is used to skip the skull kid chasing section. As you enter the Temple of Time section without pushing the block you also need to bomb boost OoB to get to the door. To remove the statue in front of the door of Temple of Time you need to insert the Master Sword into the pedestal, but it was irrelevant for this video.

Grove 2 skip:
Buffer until 3rd fast red flash and do first or second frame moonboots depending on how late into the flash you are. If early do frame 2 (1f after the one in the video), if late do frame 1 which is shown in the video. If you're too late into the flash and try frame 1 you tend to slip off like I did in the video, but you can save it with a jumpslash.

Getting to the door:
Stand right above the brown spot and line up like I do in the video. Jumpstrike on third fast red flash (not super precise). For the next boost just try to jumpstrike as late as possible.
