Reviewing the Growing Staff, a unique variation of the Battlestaff that comes with an "Increase Damage to Wounded Mobs" perk. If you get it with Thundering, you'll feel overpowered, but I didn't get it with Thundering so I chose to go with poison, which is also nice but not as good as Thundering.

The Growing Staff has a chance to drop in the Lower Temple and also a low chance to drop from the Blacksmith at the camp. Enchantments are random as always, so does the power of the weapon. From what I know, the highest weapon power in the DLC is 113, so the highest power you can obtain the Growing Staff is power 113.
