The Fifth mission in the Earth Alliance story path is oddly easy there is only a single enemy of note and the ally you get for the mission is more than capable of dealing with the majority of enemies meaning you just need to focus on maintaining your own hp, keep an eye on who the Moebius are targeting and block if they are coming after you otherwise clear out the enemy GINN units first and when the Red Frame shows up beat it down with Hyper mode for an easy SS rank.
While you should use a better suit than the Strike Dagger it might be worth bringing a suit with a shield as it helps when the Moebius decide they don't like you.
