At the start of Luigi's Girls, steal the nearest car -there are many taxis nearby- and follow the green icon on the radar to Misty who awaits you at the entrance of Sweeney General Hospital. Stop the car beside her; consequentially she'll enter the vehicle. Take Misty back to Luigi's to complete the mission.

After completing this job for Luigi, the letter 'L' will appear on the radar. This represents Luigi and his availability to give you more work. This letter will remain on the radar until you have exhausted Luigi of jobs. To take a job from Luigi you must enter the blue marker in the alley of his club on foot.
