230This is an early release gameplay for Gta 5 on pc that leaked today. Played at 7680 x 4320 resolution @25-45fps. Recorded at 7680 x 4320 @30fps. Note: The use of a commandline is irrelevant due to the game running Directx 11 [the usage of GPU and CPU] are optimized efficiently.

Graphic Settings:
Video memory slider: shows you how much video memory is being used in MB.
Ignore suggested limits option: game detects your setup automatically, but you can push your system further if you like. Options for screen type, aspect ratio and refresh rate.
DirectX Version Output monitor: 1-3
Anti-aliasing: FXAA, MSAA and Nvidia TXAA supported.
Pause game on focus loss. Scaling bars for population density, population variety and distance scaling.
Texture quality: normal to very high.
Shader quality: normal to very high.
Shadow quality: normal to very high.
Reflection quality: normal to very high.
Reflection MSAA Water quality: normal to very high.
Particles quality: normal to very high.
Grass quality: normal to very high.
Soft shadows options: softer, softest, AMD CHS, Nvidia PCSS
Post FX options: up to ultra.
Motion blur strength: scaling bar.
In-game depth of field effects: on/off.
Anisotropic filtering: up to x16 .
Ambient occlusion options.
Tesellation options.
Advanced graphics Long shadows: on/off.
High resolution shadows: on/off.
High detail streaming while flying: on/off.
Extended distance scaling bar.
Extended shadow distance bar.
Benchmark testing.
Things to Note since I cannot record Cut-scenes or GUI interface yet...
1. The graphics options are very similar to Grand Theft Auto IV, with sliders that increase the use of video memory.
2. While the PC version of game is very similar to the version of the Playstation 4, the density of people and cars just seems to have been increased.
3. When all the settings were turned to their lowest value, the game still didn't reach over 60 possible 60 FPS lock?
4. The controls seem accurate when playing in FPS mode, although there is some acceleration.
5. The pop-in of textures and other details are lower than the console versions.
6. You can type in phone numbers with the keyboard.
7. The game really shines when you use FPS mode with a mouse, but mouse acceleration is there, and there are no easily editable PC config files that could be noted.
8. With an i5 4670 and GTX 970 you can yield a 45-50fps with all the visual settings cranked to max except Anti-Aliasing.
9. Graphics seem more polished with increased upscale and smoother frame rate than previous versions.

Note: Play this with VLC Media Player and a High End pc, or with a 8K UHDTV. This is a very early 8K stage so you must have correct version of adobe flash player, codecs, and 4 core CPU/ Mid end GPU. If the video freezes, lags or is distorted it is because your pc or tv is not optimized or capable of watching Ultra High Definition 8K resolution videos...
