Having been contacted by Zhou Ming, an egotistical and ruthless Triad underboss as well as Chan's main rival for the position of the Triad chairman and invited to come meet him in his nightclub in East Island City, Huang agrees, learning that Zhou had found out about the assistance that Huang had provided to Chan and wants his help as well, being fully convinced that his path to the top is clear with Kenny out of the race following Yu Jian incident, Chan's stupidity preventing him from being a real threat and all of the other underbosses being on his side in the fight for succession, leaving only Hsin himself as an obstacle as he is still backing his own son.
