Huang visits Heston after being E-mailed by him regarding something strange happening within Midtown Gangsters. Upon meeting him, Huang learns both that Heston is so involved into investigating Yu Jian theft due to Internal Affairs threatening to suspend him from LCPD unless he can present a solved case and that something is indeed wrong with the gang and since none of Heston's sources have any information, it is up to two of them to bug their headquarters with Heston taking the responsibility for bugging the building while Huang is sent out to distract the Koreans by attacking them and wreaking havoc around their turf in Northern Gardens in order to allow Heston to do his part of the job uninterrupted. Shortly after the bug is placed, Heston once again contacts Huang, revealing that the bug confirmed that there is a a group of Korean elite assassins called Wonsu Nodong secretly operating within Midtown Gangsters, also warning him that they may be aware that they are being monitored...
